1 package butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup softened butter
1 package coloured mini marshmallows
Melt butterscotch, butter, and peanut butter on low heat until smooth and creamy. Do not rush it or your mix will get dry and lumpy.
Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 min.
Add marshmallows and mix until combined and all marshmallows are coated.
Pour mixture into a 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Refridgerate for 2 hours.
Remove from pan and pull off the parchment paper. Cut into desired sized pieces.
Serve or store in containers in freezer until needed.
If your our house is anything like mine clean up will be a breeze! I hardly had the pan in the fridge before my husband was liking the pot clean!
